Be able to execute and follow the HOLD SOP.\nControls further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.\nEmployee follows all Food Fraud/food Defense Policies while on company property.\nThorough understanding of all Company policies, including GMP’s and safety policies, HACCP & SQF.\nSafety and Cleanliness\nAdhere to safety policies. \nMaintain a clean and safe work area and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor.\nWear company issued personal protective equipment (PPE) such as uniforms, gloves, hairnets.\nWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\n“A Comar employee who will represent the customer and be the consumer’s advocate”\nAre You?\nHigh school or Vo-Tech graduate with 0-1 years’ experience in Quality Control or in a GMP Manufacturing environment.\nProficient in understanding and learning computers and software.\nUnderstanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and techniques and Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gauge R&R).\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or significant applicable experience, training, and certifications.\nExperience working in medical device, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing environments.\nExperience with visual inspection standards and processes.\nExperience working in an ISO, cleanroom, or regulated environment.\nDo You?\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment. \nSkilled at learning the use of equipment for dimensional analysis.\nDetail-oriented/capability of discovering nonconformances in both paperwork and materials.\nAbility to apply basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
