Junior Business Developer - Life Sciences

Comate is looking for a smart and passionate Junior Business Developer to join our team. As we become a partner of our clients within the field of life sciences, you’ll have to inspire, guide and tackle problems for our clients or prospects. Together with our life science team you’ll grow our business in existing and new markets. You have the energy to work towards open-up new possibilities, meet a lot of people and get them excited about Comate and the opportunity to build something truly incredible with us. The role of junior business developer offers a high degree of autonomy and requires an entrepreneurial spirit to make it happen.

You will:

Tell our prospective clients about our passionate team of engineers and designers. Show them that we develop unique devices within life science that are more innovative and more advanced than anything that is currently available.

Work closely with the marketing team to build a story that sticks.

Provide a perspective to both client and internal teams, delivering critical business insights and launching initiatives that impact the market.

Network actively, set up calls, handle contract negotiations and help the customers to solve their problem.

Requirements

You have a master’s degree within engineering.

A first experience in sales and/or engineering is a plus, however experience is not required.

You have excellent communication & negotiation skills

A positive attitude & plenty of initiative

You're fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
