Its products streamline data aggregation, standardization, and management workflows. This reduces operational burden, speeds up review timelines, improves data quality, mitigates risk, and ultimately improves patient safety.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nSeniority: Lead (8+ years of relevant experience)\nMust have:\nStrong commercial experience with Ruby (Rails) and React.\n\nHands-on experience building and maintaining microservice-based systems.\n\nAbility to trace how data flows between services, including message queues and event streams, third-party integrations, and data warehouses.\n\nProactive ownership: you look beyond the assigned ticket and understand the project as a system, including how neighboring services fit together.\n\nComfort in a fast-paced environment, including switching between several tickets and keeping progress moving when one is blocked.\n\nAbility to ask the right questions and raise risks or gaps early rather than waiting for direction.\n\nUpper-intermediate or higher level of English.\n\nNice to have:\nDirect experience with Kafka or another event-streaming platform (RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS, Pub/Sub).\n\nExperience with Snowflake or a comparable analytical data warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift).\n\nExperience integrating and debugging external or third-party APIs at scale.\n\nExperience with observability tooling for cross-service debugging, such as distributed tracing and centralized logging.\n\nExposure to service decomposition or migrating a monolith to microservices.\n\nWorking Hours\nBrazil: 9 AM - 5 PM BRT\nEngagement & Compensation\n100% remote work.\n\nThis is a B2B contract. The compensation accounts for the fact that you’re responsible for your own benefits.
