Our client internal marketing team operates a fast-paced, AI-assisted video engine shipping roughly 6+ new ad scripts daily, each with 3 variations (about 18-20 finished videos per day) per editor.\nWe are looking for a Video Editor who approaches work like a performance marketer first and an editor second: someone who can take a solid draft from our internal AI tools and polish it into a high-converting video ad.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild short form sales-focused video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok for\n\nour physical products, most under 45 seconds.\n\nRefine AI generated scripts into finished ads. The script comes to you. You judge it, tighten it\n\nand cut it into something that converts.\n\nUse our internal AI editing tool to give you more leverage on clip selection and quicker edits.\n\nCreate around 6+ video concepts (unique scripts) a day with 3 variations each (around 20\n\ntotal), with the support of our AI tools.\n\nGive us feedback on that workflow. It is being built right now, and we want the person using it\n\nevery day telling us what is slowing them down and what to build next.\n\nWrite video ads scripts occasionally for new projects that are not yet included in the AI\n\nworkflow.\n\nRead performance data weekly. Know which of your ads scaled and which died, and bring\n\nthose learnings into the next batch.\n\nKPIs\nVideos shipped per week\n\nSpend behind your creative\n\nValidated ads, meaning ads that pass our testing threshold and move to scale\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience editing direct-response video ads for physical products and DTC brands\n\nrather than brand awareness campaigns.\n\nA track record you can speak to concretely: what videos you've made, and ideally what they\n\nsold or spent, not just how many views they got.\n\nComfortable working with AI-assisted tools and fast-paced workflows, maintaining prompt\n\ncommunication and quick delivery turnaround.\n\nStrong communication and ownership: shows up in meetings, shares ideas, responds to\n\nthreads promptly, flags problems before they become issues.\n\nA strong instinct for high-converting creative patterns, prioritizing proven ad structures over\n\nreinvention.\n\nProficiency in Adobe Premiere;
