Every engineer here owns real product surface area from day one — there's no hiding behind process at a 12-person company.\n\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and ship features across our AI-driven RCM platform — from the interfaces our customers use to review claims and denials, to the backend services that power our AI agents. You'll work closely with founders and a small engineering team, moving fast on a product that directly affects hospital cash flow.\nThis is not a role where requirements arrive fully specified.
