\## Deine Aufgaben **B2B-Beratung**: Du begleitest den gesamten Beratungsprozess unserer CRM Lösung und dazugehörigen Dienstleistungen vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss per Telefon, E-Mail oder in Online-Meetings. **Bedarfsanalyse und Unterstützung**: Du findest heraus, welche Anforderungen unsere Interessent:innen haben (keine Kaltakquise!), beantwortest Fragen und zeigst passende Lösungsansätze auf. Dabei erkennst du schnell, welcher konkrete Nutzen für dein Gegenüber relevant ist, berätst individuell und begleitest souverän durch die Entscheidungsphase. **Angebote**: Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Angebote und unterstützt Entscheidungsträger:innen im Auswahlprozess. **Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen:** Du holst aktiv Feedback ein und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden langfristig zufrieden bleiben und gerne mit uns zusammenarbeiten. **Teamwork**: Gute Beratung und erfolgreiche Lösungen entstehen bei uns durch echtes Teamwork.
