manner.\nApp Configuration Management: Review and update app configurations to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.\nIntegration Support: Assist in resolving integration issues with other systems and platforms.\nCustomer Support: Provide technical support to customers and address their concerns effectively.\nDocumentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices.\nCollaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless software operation.\nDeployment: Perform File Transfer, Push Container Images and Container orchestration for rolling out Bug Fixes and Enhancements.\nTechnical Debts: Identitfy, analyze, design and perform Proof of Concept (PoC) for Technical Debts and Enhancements.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n2-5 years of relevant professional working experience.\nProven experience in software development and bug fixing.\nStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.\nFamiliarity with software configuration management and performance monitoring tools.\nExperience with Node.js, React, Kafka, Keycloak, MQTT, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, MongoDB, and IBM MQ.\nAvailable for 24/7 standby.\nReady to work OT and in shift roles if needed.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nSkills\nSoftware Troubleshooting, Computer Engineering, Collaboration, Technical
