troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution.\nSupport production deployment activities, rollback activities, and post-deployment verification.\nMonitor system health, application performance, logs, and operational alerts.\nWork closely with Day 1 support teams, infrastructure teams, software developers, cybersecurity teams, and project stakeholders.\nSupport system recovery, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity activities.\nParticipate in standby support and after-office-hour support activities when required.\nEnsure compliance with operational procedures, governance, and security policies.\nCI/CD & DevOps Engineering\nBuild, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for:\nSource code management and branching strategy\nCode Quality Scanning\nStatic Application Security Testing (SAST)\nSoftware Composition Analysis / Dependency Scanning\nContainer Image Vulnerability Scanning\nAutomated Build & Packaging\nContainerization of applications\nAutomated Testing Integration\nDeployment File Generation\nRelease Management & Deployment Automation\nContainer & Platform Management\nDeploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using:\nDocker\nPodman\nKubernetes\nSupport application deployments for:\nReact applications\nNode.js applications\nSpring Boot applications\nPerform container troubleshooting, performance tuning, and resource optimization.\nSupport Kubernetes cluster operations, deployment configurations, secrets management, ingress configuration, and scaling activities.\nSystem Engineering & Administration\nMaintain middleware and application platform configurations.\nSupport Linux and Windows server environments.\nPerform system patching, configuration updates, and preventive maintenance activities.\nManage environment configurations across DEV, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.\nSupport certificate renewal, configuration management, and secure connectivity setup.\nMaintain deployment scripts, automation scripts, and operational tools.\nMonitoring & Reliability Engineering\nConfigure and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and health checks.\nMonitor system availability, application performance, and resource utilization.\nSupport log analysis and troubleshooting using centralized logging tools.\nIdentify proactive improvement opportunities to enhance operational stability and reliability.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nPrepare and maintain:\nSystem architecture documentation\nDeployment procedures\nOperational runbooks\nTroubleshooting guides\nSOPs and technical reports\nSupport audit activities, security compliance reviews, and operational assessments.\nQualifications & Experience\nDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related disciplines\nMinimum 3 years of relevant working experience in: Software system engineering, DevOps engineering, Application support, Production support, Platform/system administration\nExperience supporting enterprise or mission-critical systems is highly preferred.\nExperience in government or large-scale enterprise environments will be an advantage.\nTechnical Skills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of: Linux administration, Application deployment and troubleshooting, CI/CD pipeline implementation, Container technologies and orchestration\nHands-on experience with: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Git\nFamiliarity with: React, Node.js, Spring Boot\nExperience in scripting and automation using: Bash, Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as: eG Enterprise, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix\nUnderstanding of database technologies: SQL databases, NoSQL databases\nBasic database troubleshooting and query knowledge preferred.\nUnderstanding of: Secure system hardening, Cybersecurity best practices, Vulnerability management, Secure CI/CD practices, Certificate and secret management\nCandidates with experience in the following areas will have an added advantage:\nVMware or virtualization technologies\nKafka or
