compliance requirements.\n\nRequirementsDiploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in desktop engineering, End-User Computing (EUC), or endpoint management.\n\nHands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, or Active Directory.\n\nExperience in software and OS deployment, patch management, endpoint security, and vulnerability remediation.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and authentication.\n\nExperience in incident, problem, and change management, including Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.\n\nExperience supporting device refresh programmes and migrations.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAdded AdvantagesExperience in Singapore Government, Statutory Board, WOG, or GCC environments.\n\nFamiliarity with IM8 and government cybersecurity requirements.\n\nRelevant ITIL, Microsoft, or CompTIA certifications.\n\nSkills\nMicrosoft 365, Audit and Compliance, Troubleshooting, Windows Intune, Active Directory, SCCM, Patch Management, Desktop
