criteria.\nExperience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).\nAt least 1 year of QA/testing experience, including manual testing and defect management.\nStrong business analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge of Design Thinking and user-centred design.\nFamiliarity with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, FigJam or similar tools.\nPreferredExperience working with government agencies, public-sector organisations or government-related projects.\nExperience with UAT, functional and regression testing.\nFamiliarity with Figma, TestRail or Postman.\nBusiness Analysis certification such as CBAP or CCBA.\nSkills\nUser Stories, Development of Test Plans, Business Process Analysis, Functional Specifications, requirements from stakeholders, Defect Tracking, JIRA,
