discipline.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.\nAt least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience in enterprise environments, covering development, testing, deployment and production support.\nStrong knowledge of App Engine, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Access Controls, Import Sets, Transform Maps and third-party integrations.\nProficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.\nExperience developing case management or workflow-based applications on ServiceNow.\nExperience supporting UAT, production deployments, data migration and VAPT remediation.\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery and application lifecycle management.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.\nExperience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement and user story
