least 8 years of hands-on software/systems development experience, including 3 years as an architect.\n\nLead architect experience delivering at least 2 systems end-to-end, preferably in government, defence or CII environments.\n\nHands-on coding and debugging in Java, C#/.NET, C++ or Python across OS, network and application layers.\n\nStrong system integration skills covering APIs, message brokers, Linux/Windows, virtualisation, containers and networking.\n\nKnowledge of government security, privacy and compliance requirements.\n\nAbility to explain technical matters clearly to management, customers and vendors.\n\nC2/command centre, radar, EO/IR sensor or GIS experience, and TOGAF/CISSP certifications are advantages.\n\nSkills\nSecurity Architecture, System Availability,
