With our standard engagement cadence, the individual in this role will gain broad exposure to our businesses and processes. Work collaboratively and independently to conduct audits across operational, financial, regulatory, and/or technology areas across the Company. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.\nCore Abilities:\nWhat You Deliver\nExecutes aspects of the standard internal audit process, which includes the three phases of planning, execution and reporting out to business management.\n\nPerforms thorough inquiry and data analysis to understand business operations and assist in developing project scope.\n\nContributes to overall planning efforts for engagement timeline and approach.\n\nExamines records, documents, methods, policies, costs, and other factors to determine if functional areas are conducting operations in accordance with established policies/procedures, best practices, United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and governmental and legal requirements.\n\nApplies appropriate audit procedures to the areas reviewed to ensure that controls are tested and all significant risks are addressed.\n\nPrepares clear and well-organized audit work papers documenting root-cause, work performed, investigation summaries, and recommendations.\n\nFormulates appropriate conclusions and clearly documents findings based on testing results. Combines knowledge of Company operations with testing results to determine control effectiveness.\n\nIdentifies audit findings and considers corrective actions.\n\nIdentifies opportunities for improvement to audit methodology, tools, and training.\n\nSupports department objectives and performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.\n\nConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.\n\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nHow You Deliver\nConducts audit activities with both internal and external customers in mind when identifying control issues.\n\nStays current on relevant business risks (e.g., current events, audit trends, cyber security, etc.).\n\nUtilizes creative thinking, individual initiative, and flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.\n\nDemonstrates the ability to work in a complex, dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced environment.\n\nDemonstrates ownership for assigned activities and is accountable for completing activities and/or requesting assistance as needed.\n\nActs in accordance with stated internal audit and company policies and practices, and maintains the highest degree of integrity in all activities and interactions.\n\nDisplays regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
