The position requires flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends, as necessary.Job Description\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCybersecurity & IAM Engineering\nDesign and implement secure architecture and AAA solutions for network devices and Linux/Unix environments.\n\nDevelop and integrate authentication and authorization technologies including RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, TLS, EAP-TLS, and mTLS.\n\nSupport identity services leveraging Azure Entra ID, Secrets Management, and certificate-based authentication.\n\nConduct security assessments, audits, and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and drive remediation efforts.\n\nAutomation & Agentic AI\nAutomate manual IAM and access management workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.\n\nBuild and integrate Agentic AI solutions to automate authentication and authorization processes, improve decision-making, and enhance observability and auditability.\n\nDevelopment & Integration\n\nDevelop scalable full-stack applications and security automation solutions using Python, Perl, Node.js, and React.\n\nDesign and implement integrations using REST APIs, message queues, and enterprise identity platforms.\n\nSDLC & Operations\nParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, design, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\nInvestigate and respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.\n\nDocument technical solutions, processes, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.\n\nLeadership\nProvide technical guidance to project teams and junior engineers.\n\nCollaborate across engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity organizations to deliver secure, scalable solutions.\n\nMaintain awareness of emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices.\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, IAM, network security, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience implementing AAA and IAM solutions in hybrid cloud environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, TLS, EAP-TLS, mTLS, Azure Entra ID, and secrets management.\n\nExperience supporting Linux/Unix systems and network infrastructure.\n\nProficiency with Python, Node.js, REST APIs, and automation frameworks.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud security, Zero Trust architectures, and DevSecOps practices.\n\nExperience developing or integrating AI/Agentic AI solutions.\n\nExperience with React-based application development.\n\nIndustry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, GIAC, or Azure Security Engineer.\n\nDisclaimer: This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
