The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, develop scalable reporting solutions, and deliver meaningful insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting and analytical solutions.\nDesign, develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using enterprise BI tools.\nBuild and optimize semantic models, datasets, and reporting layers to support self-service analytics.\nDevelop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, analysis, and data validation activities.\nAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through validation and quality assurance processes.\nPartner with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to understand data structures, business rules, and reporting requirements.\nTroubleshoot report, dataset, and data-related issues and drive timely resolution.\nDocument business requirements, KPI definitions, reporting logic, and technical specifications.\nContribute to reporting standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across the BI ecosystem.\nProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on business performance metrics and key operational indicators.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field.\nStrong experience in Power BI including:Data modeling\nDAX calculations and measures\nPower Query\nDashboard and report development\nPerformance optimization\n\nExperience developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports.\nAdvanced SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.\nStrong understanding of data modeling, reporting concepts, and business intelligence best practices.\nExperience working with large datasets from multiple enterprise data sources.\nStrong Excel skills including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.\nExposure to ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.\nUnderstanding of data governance, report lifecycle management, and reporting best practices.\nExperience supporting operational, management, or executive-level reporting.\nDisclaimer: This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
