May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.Job Description\nCore Responsibilities\nProven 5+ yearsof commercial experience in creating, testing, deploying, monitoring and maintaining machine learning pipelines\nFluent with data manipulation and ML frameworks for EDA, feature extraction and development, modelling, hyperparameter tuning, experiment tracking and performance monitoring.\nExpertise in correlation analysis, classification / clustering techniques, anomaly detection and time series forecasting using either traditional or deep learning ML approaches\nStrong Python background with the ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices including abstraction, exceptions handling, and testing to support long-term maintainability.\nExperience using SQL data exploration, feature extraction, and integration with analytical workflows.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms and products like Google VertexAI, BigQuery, CloudSQL, Compute Engine or similar solutions\nDemonstrated ability to support, mentor, and guide junior to mid-level data scientists and machine learning engineers\nFamiliarity with Agile ways of working, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives etc.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
