This role involves designing, documenting, and remotely assisting with the implementation and monitoring of complex network infrastructures across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting and deploying equipment from various networking vendors, a strong understanding of enterprise-grade network topologies, and the ability to interpret WiFi survey data.Job Description\nResponsibilities:\nAdd new properties to network monitoring platforms (e.g., Intermapper).\nBuild out network topologies based on design and installation documentation.\nSet up property-specific monitoring and WiFi dashboards.\nComplete customer network decommissions and offboarding procedures.\nAssist with remote configuration and staging of network equipment for upcoming complex WiFi installations.\nSupport remote installations of enterprise networks involving multiple switches and access points.\nReview and interpret WiFi network surveys, including Ekahau heatmaps, to validate coverage and performance.\nContribute to automation efforts for network deployment and configuration.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for network installation and troubleshooting\nPreferred Sills & Experiences:\nExperience with enterprise networking equipment and configurations.\nFamiliarity with remote staging and deployment processes.\nAbility to read and analyze WiFi survey data (e.g., Ekahau).\nStrong documentation and communication skills.\nExperience with some or all of the following vendors:Ruckus: Switches, Access Points, Controllers\nAruba: Switches, Access Points, Gateways\nCisco Meraki: MX Security Appliances, Switches, Access Points\nJuniper: SRX Series Firewalls\n\nPrior experience in hospitality or campus style enterprise network deployments.\nExposure to network automation tools and scripting.\nCertifications such as CCNA, CWNA, JNCIA, or equivalent are a plus.\nEmployees at all levels are expected to:\nUnderstand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.\nOwn the customer experience think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.\nKnow your stuff be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.\nWin as a team make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.\nBe an active part of the Net Promoter System a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.\nDrive results and growth.\nSupport a culture of inclusion in how you work and lead.\nDo what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.\nDisclaimer: This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
