Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Business Operations & Infrastructure, this leader will drive cross-functional project execution, working closely with Comcast's engineering, facilities, IT platform, technology, finance and external partner organizations to ensure successful and timely delivery of data-center capacity.\nThe Director will establish and manage integrated project plans, coordinate resources and dependencies, track milestones and financial commitments, and identify and resolve issues that could impact deployment schedules. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple workstreams, helping translate business objectives into executable plans while ensuring clear accountability and communication among stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong program management and organizational skills with financial acumen, sound business judgment and the ability to drive execution across a complex organization. The role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a rapidly evolving business.\nCore Responsibilities\nLead cross-functional planning and coordination of data-center infrastructure deployments, working with engineering, facilities, IT platform, technology and external partners to develop and execute integrated project plans.\nEstablish and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and accountability across multiple infrastructure deployment workstreams.\nCoordinate site readiness activities, including power availability, cooling capacity, network connectivity, equipment procurement, infrastructure modifications and operational requirements, working with the technical teams responsible for execution.\nTrack project progress, identify potential schedule or resource constraints, facilitate issue resolution and escalate significant risks and decisions to senior leadership.\nCoordinate infrastructure deployment activities with business and customer requirements, ensuring alignment among site readiness, equipment availability, installation schedules and commercial commitments.\nOversee project budgets, capital expenditures and financial commitments, partnering with Finance and technical teams to monitor costs, evaluate changes and maintain alignment with approved investment plans.\nSupport development of business cases, site evaluations, project timelines and capital requirements for existing and potential new infrastructure locations.\nEstablish project governance, reporting and communication processes, including regular status reviews, executive updates, risk assessments and decision tracking.\nCoordinate with internal and external partners, including technology vendors, equipment suppliers and service providers, to support timely delivery and resolution of project dependencies.\nPartner with technical and operations teams to coordinate business readiness, commissioning milestones, customer acceptance requirements and transition to ongoing operations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project execution, streamline processes and establish repeatable deployment practices as the business expands to additional locations.\nQualifications\n10+ years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, infrastructure deployment, technology operations, consulting or related fields.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple organizations, external partners and interdependent workstreams.\nStrong project and program management capabilities, including schedule development, milestone tracking, risk management, resource coordination and executive reporting.\nExperience managing project budgets, capital expenditures and financial performance, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProven ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without direct reporting relationships.\nExcellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, including the ability to present project status, risks and recommendations to senior executives.\nExperience in data centers, artificial intelligence, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, technology deployments or other capital-intensive environments preferred.\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities and organizational structures.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
