It is the responsibility of the Security Staff to enforce all rules, regulations and polices of the Xfinity Mobile Arena.Job Description\nCore Responsibilities:\nBe in assigned uniform at all times while on duty.\nGreet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.\nAttend to your assigned position during the course of the event.\nSecure entrance doors, escalators, stairwells, lobbies and backstage areas.\nHave knowledge of building layout, including restrooms and exits.\nHave knowledge of all rules and regulations for admittance to your area.\nHave knowledge of all authorized credentials.\nMonitor guests and enforce rules.\nAssist in crowd management, seating discrepancies, clearing aisles and settling disputes.\nInform Supervisor of developing problems.\nRespond in a quick and professional manner to incidents.\nBe aware of all special functions or activities that occur during the event.\nConduct magnetometer and x-ray screening.\nSkills\nAccountability, Professional Integrity, PunctualityCompensation\nBase Pay: $19.26Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
