It ensures strategic alignment with business objectives and manages platform integrity. The role operates with broad expertise, driving improvements and solving complex organizational challenges.Job Description\nResponsibilities:\nServing as the primary technical point of contact for the functional systems and technology platform within the department\nProviding subject matter expertise on platform changes, capabilities, and organizational policies and procedures\nConducting thorough reviews of technical solutions to ensure they align with business requirements and achieving stakeholder agreement on deliverables\nEnsuring the integrity of the functional platform by evaluating the impacts of system upgrades\nManaging relationships with business stakeholders to gather product and technical requirements\nPerforming needs analyses for system integrations to meet business objectives\nManaging training initiatives for the introduction of new applications or features\nAssessing and recommending new functionalities from vendor releases for the platform\nWorking closely with the quality assurance team to document and account for necessary testing\nProviding input on user experience and participating in technical deployment activities to ensure platform readiness and stability\nConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.\nRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
