It drives improvements in quoting processes and communication for effective service delivery.Job Description\nResponsibilities:\nNegotiating access pricing with vendors to meet financial targets for specific deals\nDriving vendors to offer optimal cost options by leveraging location and competition\nApplying network and engineering expertise to resolve moderate to complex design requests\nProviding updates and maintaining communication with sales and project management teams regarding quote progress\nActing proactively to identify additional costs and communicate implications to sales, product, and operations teams\nManaging support for high-visibility customer projects and coordinating with sales and vendors\nEnhancing business processes by identifying gaps and advocating for efficient solutions\nContributing to business process improvement by highlighting and addressing inefficiencies\nConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.\nRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
