The role includes tracking program progress, analyzing performance, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.Job Description\nResponsibilities:\nUnderstanding program scope as defined by product and business needs, participating in planning and aligning with milestones\nCollaborating with senior staff to secure cross-functional team participation for program execution\nMaintaining program plans and records, ensuring alignment with program strategy and objectives\nAssisting in scheduling work required for program scope, including managing critical path tasks with guidance from senior staff\nReviewing program plans for strategic alignment, communicating status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively\nDriving the development of program goals, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholder and delivery teams\nIdentifying and analyzing program risks with senior staff, tracking program schedule and managing task details\nDocumenting major plan changes, ensuring milestones are met, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress\nConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.\nRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
