Under general guidance, this role handles routine to moderately complex technical challenges while continuously developing technical expertise.\nJob Description\nCore Responsibilities:\nProvide Tier-2 support for the Streaming Hub application by troubleshooting customer issues related to inventory registration, targeting, and UI functionality\nContribute to the development and maintenance of UI components within the Streaming Hub platform\nDevelop an understanding of business logic, application architecture, and customer workflows to diagnose and resolve production issues\nTroubleshoot application, infrastructure, and integration issues with guidance from senior engineers when needed\nBuild and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work\nDebug application code and assist in resolving issues across distributed systems\nCollaborate with engineering, client services, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer issues\nParticipate in production support, live event monitoring, and incident response activities\nAssist with release validation, production verification, and post-release monitoring\nContribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices\nConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.\nRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
