The 21,000-seat arena is a showcase arena for the company’s industry-leading qualities as an operator and an innovator in the live event experience.Job Summary\nResponsible for managing the part time changeover crew, as well as assisting in the direction of all work projections for the department.Job Description\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n Directs and coordinates the changeover crew and their activities involved in event setups/breakdowns/changeovers\nChangeovers include building preparation during the day and/or night from events such as hockey, basketball, concerts, expos, etc.\nSupervise concert load outs and chair strikes\nEnforce all changeover policies and procedures\nSupervise work assignments of crew\nEnsure changeover personnel are in proper uniform and condition to work\nTrain changeover crews in the proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment\nAssist in the direction of all work projects of the department\nStress safety practices at all times\nConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.\nRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
