The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n2+ years of commercial Manual QA experience — you’ve tested real web and mobile products, not only course projects\n\nStrong QA fundamentals — you understand SDLC, STLC, testing types and methods, and know when to use functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing\n\nTest documentation — you write clear test cases, checklists, and bug reports, and work confidently with bug-tracking systems\n\nTechnical understanding — you know how client-server architecture works and can test APIs at a basic level\n\nIndependence and structure — you can plan testing for a new feature, assess risks before a release, and argue for bug priority\n\nEnglish B2\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nTesting — run functional testing of web and mobile applications and verify new features before release\n\nRegression — perform regression testing and retesting after bug fixes\n\nBug tracking — find, report, and track bugs through to resolution\n\nDocumentation — create and maintain test documentation\n\nTeamwork — analyze requirements and work closely with developers\n\nProcess — suggest and help implement improvements to QA processes\n\nNice to Have:\n\nTools — Postman, Jira, SQL, DevTools\n\nAutomation basics — Selenium, JUnit, or simple scripts in Python, JavaScript, or Java\n\nPerformance testing — JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools\n\nCI/CD — understanding of how testing fits into the delivery pipeline\n\nISTQB certificate\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nWorking hours aligned with US time zones, typically 16:00-00:00 Kyiv time.\n\nEnglish lessons to support clear and confident communication.\n\nPaid vacation and sick days.\n\nFully remote work.\n\nOpportunities for professional growth within the team.\n\nStructured, personalized onboarding to help you ramp up effectively.\n\nHiring process\n\nIntroductory interview with Come Back Agency\n\nTechnical interview with the client’s QA team\n\nOffer and onboarding\n\nApply with your resume and a short note outlining your relevant experience.
