Les\ntravaux couvrent à la fois les enjeux fonctionnels et les volets techniques (résolution de la\ndette technique, optimisations et améliorations continuelles).\nLe rôle et le périmètre\nLe consultant interviendra en tant que Développeur Java sur le périmètre fonctionnel de\nla Fidélité.\nLe périmètre fonctionnel couvre l'évolution et l'optimisation des solutions de fidélité\nexistantes, qui font partie de l'écosystème plus large du marketing client :\n● La connaissance client centralisée et unique\n● Le système de fidélisation, avantages en caisse et coupons\n● La base centrale des tickets de caisse\n● La solution de gestion des réclamations clients\nVos missions:\n1. Conception et Développement\n○ Participer à la conception et au développement des versions.\n○ Faire évoluer et optimiser les solutions de fidélité existantes.\n○ Assurer l'amélioration de la qualité logicielle.\n○ Savoir analyser et proposer des solutions pérennes.\n2. Maintenance et Support\n○ Prendre en charge et traiter les incidents.\n3.
