As Platform Product Manager, you will shape and deliver the strategic vision of CHANEL’s composable architecture base platform, starting with a dedicated focus on the Client domain.You will ensure the platform meets evolving business needs across regions and domains by bridging technical capabilities with business outcomes;driving adoption, standardization, and continuous improvement of integration services.
This role is guided by the enterprise architecture strategy and plays a key part in translating it into actionable product roadmaps. As the platform matures, your leadership will help define a scalable product management model that may evolve into multiple domain-focused roles, enabling deeper specialization and broader impact across CHANEL’s integration landscape.

Understanding ofcloud-native integration approaches and security considerations, including compliance and data protection.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid, enabling informed product decisions and credible technical conversations with engineering teams.
Familiarity with Azure iPaaS capabilities such as serverless integration patterns, hybrid connectivity, and enterprise-grade observability tooling, with the ability to assess trade-offs and guide platform design choices.
Ability tooperatein agile environments, championing iterative delivery and continuous improvement whilemaintaininga user-centric approach.
Strong interpersonal skills to translate technical conceptsintobusiness language and foster alignment acrossdiverseteams.
Experience working collaboratively with global, cross-regional teams, navigating cultural nuances, time zones, and diverse stakeholder landscapes to drive alignment and deliver shared outcomes.
