Your work will impact thousands of employees worldwide!\nYour main responsibilities will be to:\nBackend Engineering: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code within the Ruby on Rails framework.\nEcosystem Integration: Develop and optimize complex integrations with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 suites (utilizing Microsoft Graph API, Google APIs, OAuth2 flows).\nArchitecture & Scalability: Lead architectural decisions to ensure system performance, security, and scalability as our user base grows.\n Code Quality: Uphold high engineering standards through rigorous testing (RSpec), comprehensive code reviews, ...\nTechnical Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and documentation.\nRequirements\n Ruby on Rails: 5+ years of professional experience with expert-level knowledge of the framework and its ecosystem (Sidekiq, ActiveRecord, etc.).\nRust and Python : Experience in Python or/and Rust is a plus\nDatabase Management: Strong proficiency in MySQL and Redis, including schema design and query optimization.\n API Expertise: Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs, experience on third-party integrations is a plus (Microsoft or Google Workspace API)\n DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git versioning, experience on
