You will collaborate with internal teams and external payment providers to maintain operational excellence across multiple markets.\nResponsibilities\n Payment Processing Oversight:\nReview and analyze daily and monthly payment processing acceptance rate (AR) by market (Nordics, Germany, Poland, Canada, Netherlands, and others as required).\nIdentify, investigate, and report errors or discrepancies in payment processing, ensuring timely resolution.\nPrepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.\nPerform regular site testing of payment functionalities across desktop, mobile, and app platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.\n Dashboard Monitoring:\nMonitor payment dashboards in real-time to track transaction performance, success rates, and system health across all markets.\nEscalate anomalies or critical issues (e.g., payment failures, delays) to the appropriate teams or providers.\n Provider Collaboration:\nAct as the primary point of contact for payment service providers (PSPs), liaising with them to resolve issues identified during checks or dashboard monitoring.\nConduct investigations with PSPs into declined transactions, fraud flags, or technical glitches, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.\nSupport the onboarding of new payment methods or providers, ensuring alignment with market demands (e.g., Trustly or Swish for Nordics, iDEAL for the Netherlands).\n Payment System Management:\nMaintain and update payment option settings, including currency configurations, regional preferences, and PSP integrations.\nStay informed of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, regulatory standards) and ensure payment settings comply with local laws in each market.\nSkills & Qualifications\n Essential:\n2+ years of experience in a payments, fintech, or product specialist role, ideally within the online gambling or e-commerce industry.\nStrong analytical skills with experience reviewing financial data (e.g., payments reports, transaction logs).\nProficiency in monitoring dashboards or payment systems (e.g.Tableau).\nExcellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external providers.\nKnowledge of payment methods and PSPs relevant to the Nordics (e.g., Trustly, Zimpler), with familiarity in Germany (Sofort), Poland (Przelewy24), Canada (Interac), and the Netherlands (iDEAL).\nDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n Desirable:\nExperience working in a regulated industry (e.g., gambling) and understanding of compliance requirements.\nFamiliarity with site testing tools. \n So what can you expect from ComeOn as a place of work?\nA competitive remuneration package including a company bonus scheme! \nFantastic quarterly team events and weekly company events \nA one-time bonus to help you set up a comfortable workstation at home (we’re truly Hybrid!)\nOn top of our Hybrid work arrangement, up to 40 days a year to work fully remote from anywhere \nWellbeing allowance \nA comprehensive, International Private Health Insurance\nBreakfast at the office on Tuesdays\nLunch at the office on Mondays and Wednesdays\nComeOn Group in short\nFounded in 2008, ComeOn Group is a leading global player in the rapidly growing iGaming market.
