In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.\nThis is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while contributing to a positive employee experience and helping build a strong workplace culture at CometChat.\nSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:\n1. Recruitment Support: Assist with resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment coordination.\n2. Onboarding: Support new employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.\n3. Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, team celebrations, and recognition initiatives.\n4. Internal Communication: Assist in preparing employee announcements, engagement communications, and HR updates.\n5. HR Operations: Maintain employee records, update HR trackers, and assist with HR documentation\n6. Employee Lifecycle: Support exit formalities and other employee lifecycle activities.\n7. Culture & Experience: Help organize initiatives that promote CometChat's values and strengthen collaboration across teams in India and the US.\n8. Continuous Improvement: Share ideas to make HR processes and employee engagement activities more effective.\nRequirements\nWho We're Looking For:\n1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n3. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.\n4. Enthusiastic about interacting with people and organizing activities.\n5. Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new things.\n6. Comfortable using basic tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.\n6.
