Objective:\nTo manage and supervise all accounting and financial activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n- Supervise all daily accounting operations.\n- Review journal entries, accounts, and bank reconciliations.\n- Prepare and review periodic financial statements and reports.\n- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and payments.\n- Prepare and monitor budgets and cash flow forecasts.\n- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.\n- Monitor taxes, social insurance, and other financial obligations in coordination with relevant authorities.\n- Review expenses and revenues and ensure proper supporting documentation.\n- Lead the accounting team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.\n- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.\n- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.\n- Ensure timely monthly and annual closing of accounts.\n\nRequirements\n\nQualifications & Experience:\n-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a relevant field.\n- Minimum10years of accounting experience, preferably with previous supervisory experience.\n- Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems.\n- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\n- Good knowledge of accounting and tax laws and regulations.\n- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.\n- Strong leadership and team management
