# Weekend On-Call Coordinator

Job Description: Answer agency phone calls and monitor voicemail, email, and Text-Em-All messages Respond promptly and professionally to clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients Document new client inquiries in the Intake Summary Form and notify the owner Coordinate caregiver scheduling, including filling call-offs and open shifts Ensure all next-day shifts are fully staffed by the end of each on-call day Report client, family, or employee concerns and incidents to supervisory staff Support clients, their families, and the caregiving team during off-hours Requirements: Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients Detail-oriented with excellent customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive needs Must reside in Virginia Resident of Northern Virginia Availability for occasional weekday off-hours support is a plus At least two weekends per month availability Scheduling experience in a medical office or health care facility is asked on the application Benefits: 401(k) matching Competitive salary Flexible schedule Work from home Medical in
