Will play a key role in developing seasonal collections, translating our brand handwriting into compelling prints and graphics across apparel, home and accessories categories.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign unique prints and patterns that align with the Comfrt aesthetic\nDevelop graphic concepts across a range of apparel categories, including Logo, License and Non Logo content.\nDevelop product packaging \nCollaborate with the design and production teams to brainstorm and develop new ideas\nIdentify and interpret relevant fashion and market trends through research and social listening\nMaintain a strong understanding of the Comfrt brand aesthetic, customer, and market trends, with a sharp eye for color, print, pattern, and graphic direction relevant to the category.\nConduct ongoing trend research across fashion, graphics, home, retail, and cultural spaces to help drive new print, pattern, and packaging concepts.\nDevelop original graphics, prints, and repeat patterns while understanding how artwork translates across various product categories, materials, and fabrications.\nPartner with factories and cross-functional teams to provide clear artwork direction and ensure graphic execution, print quality, scale, placement, and application methods are commercially viable and aligned with design intent.\nCommunicate directly with vendors, provide timely strike-off comments, and ensure artwork executes accurately\nMaintain organized digital files and archives of all designs\nPresent artwork and communicate creative vision to cross-functional partners and senior leadership\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field - or equivalent experience\n10+ years of experience in graphic and/or CAD design, preferably within apparel or a global retailer\nProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign\nStrong eye for color, composition, typography, and concept development\nPossess a strong understanding of graphic and print application techniques across different fabric types, including limitations and opportunities within garment wash, dye, print, embroidery, and specialty applications.\nUnderstand factory production capabilities and application methods to proactively problem-solve during development and support efficient execution from concept through production.\nVersatile artwork range, with the ability to execute across a broad spectrum of design styles - from elaborate plaids, camo, watercolor, and scenic illustrations to simple dots, stripes, and clean graphics\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.\nAbility to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and effectively manage workload with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting business needs and timelines.\nProven ability to multitask across graphic design, print development, packaging, trend research, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining high quality execution.\nA collaborative, positive team player who is open to feedback and thrives with cross-functional partners\nStrong presentation and communication skills\nPortfolio Required - Please include a portfolio with your application showcasing your design range, color work, and concept development.\nWhy Join Comfrt?\nBe part of a purpose-driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.\nWork in a supportive, creative environment where your ideas and growth are valued.\nEnjoy Comfrt benefits such as generous paid time off, company-covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, and discounts on all Comfrt products! \nJoin a passionate team making an impact on exciting projects, all while enjoying the flexibility and collaborative support of a fully remote environment.\nComfrt is an equal opportunity employer.
