  • Maintain and improve planning spreadsheets, reports, and operational dashboards.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and performance analyses for leadership.
  • Continuously learn planning processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, ecommerce operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting fundamentals, and DTC/ecommerce business models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
  • Experience with planning, forecasting, and business intelligence platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools; ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and translate findings into insights.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
