Our mission goes beyond clothing - we strive to build a community where everyone feels supported and seen. \nAbout the Job:\n The Product Operations Specialist keeps every SKU defined the same way across Comfrt's systems, so orders, inventory, and reporting all refer to the same product. This role sits within Operations and owns SKU mapping verification, the connections between systems that carry product data, and the upkeep and troubleshooting that keep those connections working.\nResponsibilities:\n\nSKU Mapping\nConfirm and verify that every SKU is correctly mapped across the ERP, e-commerce, warehouse, and marketplace systems so each product has one consistent identifier and attribute set.\nMaintain SKU mapping tables and cross-reference files, and resolve duplicate, retired, bundled, or variant SKUs. Make sure this is being done across all business systems and data warehouses.\nValidate new product and variant setups against the mapping standards before they go live.\nWork with the Master Data Analyst to apply golden-record rules and naming conventions to product data.\nCross-System Connections\nAssist in maintain the data connections between systems that exchange product, pricing, and inventory data.\nConfigure field mappings, sync rules, and transformations in integration tools, and document each connection.\nSupport Ecommerce Team on any needs during product launch set up.\nPartner with BSA Team on new integrations and changes to existing ones.\nTest changes in a sandbox before they reach production and confirm that data arrives correctly downstream.\nUpkeep and Monitoring\nMonitor sync jobs, integration logs, and error queues on a set schedule.\nRun routine data checks for missing attributes, mismatched SKUs, and stale records, and correct them before they affect orders.\nKeep integration documentation, mapping logic, and runbooks current.\nTroubleshooting\nInvestigate and resolve product data issues, failed syncs, and mismatched inventory or order records.\nFind root causes, not just symptoms, and log recurring issues so they can be fixed at the source.\nEscalate platform or infrastructure problems to BSA or Data Engineering with clear reproduction steps and impact.\nCommunicate status and resolution timelines to Operations leadership and affected teams.\nProcess and Reporting\nBuild and maintain reports on SKU data health, sync reliability, and open issues.\nDocument standard operating procedures for SKU setup, mapping changes, and integration support.\nRecommend process improvements to the Senior Manager of Operations based on recurring issues and data trends.\nQualifications:\n2-4 years of experience in product operations, data operations, supply chain operations, or a similar role that involves product data.\nHands-on experience maintaining SKU or item master data in an ERP or inventory system, such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Fulfil.\nPractical experience with integration or ETL tools such as Celigo &Boomi including field mapping and troubleshooting sync failures.\nStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data cleanup.\nWorking knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and their product catalog structure.\nAbility to read logs, trace data through connected systems, and identify root causes.\nClear written communication for SOPs, runbooks, and issue updates.\nDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage several open issues without close supervision.\nNice to Have:\nFamiliarity with MDM concepts such as golden records, entity matching, and data governance.\nExperience with SQL or basic scripting for data checks.\nExperience with a Product Information Management (PIM) tool.\nBachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nWhat Success Looks Like in One Year:\nSKU mapping accuracy at or above 99% across connected systems, measured by monthly audits.\nSync failures resolved within 1 business day, with recurring failures traced to a permanent fix.\nZero unmapped SKUs at product launch.\nDocumentation for every active integration and SOP kept current on a quarterly review cycle.\n Why Join Comfrt?\nBe part of a purpose-driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.\nWork in a supportive, creative environment where your ideas and growth are valued.\nEnjoy Comfrt benefits such as generous paid time off, company-covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, and discounts on all Comfrt products! \nJoin a passionate team making an impact on exciting projects, all while enjoying the flexibility and collaborative support of a fully remote environment.\nComfort is an equal opportunity employer.
