Our mission goes beyond clothing - we strive to build a community where everyone feels supported and seen. \nRole Overview\nWe’re looking for a Social Media Designer to join our social team and bring Comfrt’s content to life visually across our social channels. This is a hands-on graphic design role focused specifically on social. You’ll work on the social team to design engaging, on-brand creative for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms. From campaign graphics and product moments to promotional content and day-to-day social assets, you’ll help make sure Comfrt shows up consistently and creatively across every channel. The ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer with a great eye, strong attention to detail, and a natural understanding of social media. You can take a creative brief or idea and turn it into polished, scroll-stopping design quickly.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign graphics and visual assets for Comfrt’s social media channels\nWork on our social team to bring content concepts and creative briefs to life\nCreate social assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms\nDesign creative for product launches, campaigns, promotions, announcements, and brand moments\nDevelop static posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and other social-first formats\nAdapt creative across different platforms, placements, sizes, and formats\nMaintain a consistent visual identity across all social creative\nCollaborate with Social, Creative, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams as needed\nWork from existing brand guidelines while continuing to evolve the visual expression of the brand\nIncorporate photography, product imagery, typography, graphics, and other visual elements into compelling compositions\nRetouch and edit imagery as needed\nManage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment\nStay current on social design trends, platform formats, and visual culture\nTake feedback quickly and make thoughtful iterations\nKeep creative files and assets organized and up to date\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, ecommerce, beauty, lifestyle, or another consumer brand\nStrong portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media work\nStrong understanding of typography, composition, layout, color, and visual hierarchy\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator\nExperience with Figma is a plus\nExperience designing for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms\nStrong attention to detail and a high bar for visual quality\nAbility to take direction and execute against a creative brief\nAbility to work quickly and manage multiple projects at once\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nUnderstanding of ecommerce and consumer brand creative is a plus\nMotion graphics or basic video editing experience is a plus\nPlatform Experience\nTikTok, Instagram, Pinterest (content creation and trend familiarity)\nDesign tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)\nContent management tools (Sprout Social, Later, or similar)\nVideo editing software (CapCut, Adobe Suite preferred)\nDesign tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)\nNice to Have\nExperience managing content across multiple social platforms simultaneously\nFamiliarity with content management platforms (Sprout Social, Later, etc.)\nExperience with influencer campaign briefing and content direction\nKnowledge of Shopify or e-commerce platforms\nPortfolio\nA strong portfolio demonstrating design across multiple social media platforms\n Why Join Comfrt?\nBe part of a purpose-driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.\nWork in a supportive, creative environment where your ideas and growth are valued.\nEnjoy Comfrt benefits such as generous paid time off, company-covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, and discounts on all Comfrt products! \nJoin a passionate team making an impact on exciting projects, all while enjoying the flexibility and collaborative support of a fully remote environment.\nComfrt is an equal opportunity employer.
