Description We are looking for an experienced DevOps Tech Lead with a strong Cloud Security to lead a DevOps team in a complex enterprise environment. The role combines team leadership, cloud infrastructure management, and driving security best practices across the organization's cloud environments. The primary cloud platform is AWS, with familiarity and hands-on experience with Azure also required. The role involves leading the DevOps team, overseeing cloud infrastructure planning, implementation, maintenance, and security, and driving cloud security initiatives in close collaboration with the organization's CISO. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a DevOps team, ensuring high technical standards and effective execution. Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure. Drive DevSecOps practices and embed security principles throughout cloud operations and development processes.
