You will design and deliver training to groups and individuals, and support customers through implementation and adoption.\nNo prior Google Workspace experience is required. We will teach you the platform during a structured onboarding program. What we need from you is proven training experience, the ability to build a course from scratch, and excellent verbal communication.\nKey responsibilities\nDeliver Google Workspace training (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat) to end users, managers and IT teams, in person and online.\nRun both group sessions (workshops, webinars, classroom training) and one-on-one coaching, including executive and VIP sessions.\nBuild training programs end to end: needs analysis, syllabus, lesson plans, presentations, hands-on exercises and assessments.\nCreate self-service learning materials such as quick-reference guides, short videos, FAQs and onboarding kits.\nSupport customers through migration and go-live, including day-one floor support and post-launch Q&A.\nTake part in implementation projects: user onboarding, basic configuration and adoption planning, alongside the technical team.\nCollect feedback and usage signals, and adjust training content to improve adoption.\nAct as a trusted point of contact for customer champions and stakeholders throughout the project.\nWhat we offer\nA structured onboarding program that teaches you Google Workspace, from professionals.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nProven experience delivering group training (classes, workshops or webinars).\nProven experience delivering individual training or coaching.\nExperience building syllabi and training programs, from learning objectives to materials and assessments.\nExcellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in simple language to non-technical audiences.\nPatience, a service mindset and the confidence to manage a room.\nComfortable learning new software quickly and teaching it to others.\nFluent Hebrew and good working English (spoken and written).\nAvailability to train on customer sites when needed.\nAdvantages\nHands-on knowledge of Google Workspace apps.\nFamiliarity with the Google Workspace Admin Console (users, groups, organizational units, basic settings).\nGoogle certification, such as Google Workspace Certification or Associate Google Workspace Administrator.\nExperience with migrations from Microsoft 365 or Exchange to Google Workspace.\nBackground in change management or user adoption programs.\nExperience creating e-learning content (short videos, LMS courses, recorded tutorials).\nPrevious work in a customer-facing role at an IT integrator, cloud partner or software
