There's no fixed salary at the start.\n\nBut here's what there is: a real product, a paying client, and a clear plan for how your pay grows as we grow.\nAs our founding sales partner, we genuinely want you to succeed when we succeed.\nWe're looking for someone who gets excited by that, not scared by it.\n\nWhat you'll do\nFind and reach out to small business owners, starting with tuition centres\nSit down with them, understand how they run things, and show them what's possible\nShape the solution with our team. Every app is custom, so you're part salesperson, part problem-solver\nClose the deal, then hand the client over to our team for the build\nWhat you'll earn\n18% to 25% of every build fee you sell. The more you close in a month, the higher your rate on all of them\nS$720 to S$3,000 per sale\nHit S$55,000 in sales and you move to a part-time salary plus commission\nFrom there, your salary is reviewed regularly and grows with the company. As we grow, longer contracts follow\nThe deal\nYour own hours, hybrid in Singapore, no quotas. We find around 8 hours a week works well, ideally with some weekday mornings/evenings free for meetings.\nStop anytime with 2 weeks' notice.\n\nYou'll be great at this if you\nAre driven and self-starting\nEnjoy talking to people, especially business owners who aren't techy\nCan explain things simply, without jargon\nAre curious about how businesses actually work\nAre comfortable with commission-only pay at the start, and motivated by building something\nNice to have\nYou know people who own small businesses, especially tuition centres\nYou speak Mandarin or a dialect. Many owners will appreciate it\nSome sales, business development or consulting experience.
