This person will manage a demanding, fast-moving calendar, serve as the first point of contact for the CEO's time and attention, and handle sensitive information with discretion. The role requires someone who can anticipate needs before they're voiced, make sound judgment calls independently, and operate with the pace and precision expected at the executive level of a growing infrastructure company.\nThis is a high-trust, high-visibility position for someone who thrives on complexity and wants to be close to how the business runs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the CEO's calendar end to end, prioritizing competing demands from leadership, board members, customers, and external partners.\nTriage and manage the CEO's inbox, drafting correspondence and flagging what needs immediate attention.\nCoordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries that shift on short notice.\nPrepare materials and logistics for board meetings and leadership offsites.\nAct as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time, screening requests and routing them to the right person or process.\nHandle confidential and sensitive information, including personnel, financial, and strategic matters, with sound judgment.\nManage expense reports and reimbursements accurately and on schedule.\nCoordinate closely with other executive assistants and the leadership team to keep cross-functional work moving.\nSupport special projects and ad hoc initiatives as directed by the CEO.\nTakes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.\nWhat you'll need for success:\nRequired:\n5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting a CEO or senior C-suite executive.\nProven ability to manage a high-volume, high-stakes calendar across competing priorities.\nStrong discretion and judgment handling confidential information.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook calendar and email management.\nAbility to anticipate needs and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.\nNice to Have:\nExperience supporting a CEO at a venture-backed or high-growth technology company.\nExperience preparing board meeting materials and coordinating with board members directly.\nExperience coordinating travel and scheduling across multiple time zones.\nWhy you'll love life at Command|Link\nJoin us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication.
