You'll work extensively with SASE platforms, SD-WAN solutions, and unified communications systems to deliver exceptional managed services to our clients. As a senior team member, you'll mentor and assist other managed services engineers, lead complex network transformation projects, and serve as a technical escalation point for our dedicated POD support teams.\nThis is a Full-Time, 100% Remote opportunity.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead SD-WAN design and architecture for enterprise clients, creating scalable and resilient network solutions \nDesign, implement, and manage SASE solutions using Cato Networks, Fortinet, Versa Networks, and Cisco Meraki platforms \nDeploy and manage Cato SASE Cloud Platform for secure global networking and Zero Trust Network Access \nConfigure and optimize Fortinet Secure SD-WAN and SASE solutions including FortiGate firewalls and FortiSASE \nImplement Versa SASE Platform combining SD-WAN, security, and cloud access capabilities \nDeploy and manage Cisco Meraki cloud-managed SASE solutions including MX security appliances with integrated SD-WAN \nDesign secure remote access solutions using SASE architecture for distributed workforces \nMentor and provide technical guidance to managed services engineers, sharing best practices and expertise \nIntegrate UCaaS solutions including MetaSwitch platforms with enterprise networks \nImplement Zero Trust security models across SASE deployments \nDevelop and maintain network automation scripts and procedures \nProvide advanced engineering support and serve as technical escalation point \nCreate detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials \nCollaborate with Command|POD teams to ensure 100% uptime SLA compliance \nPerform network assessments and develop cloud-first transformation strategies \nLead network transformation projects from legacy architectures to SASE/SD-WAN solutions \nTakes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization\nWhat you'll need for success:\n7-10 years of enterprise network engineering experience in managed services environments \nStrong SD-WAN design and architecture experience with proven track record of successful enterprise deployments \nExpert-level knowledge of SASE and SD-WAN technologies, specifically: \nCato Networks SASE Cloud Platform \nFortinet FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiSASE \nVersa Networks Unified SASE Platform \nCisco Meraki full stack (MX, MS, MR) with SD-WAN \n\nDeep understanding of SASE architecture including ZTNA, CASB, SWG, and FWaaS \nStrong experience with network security including NGFW, IPS/IDS, and Zero Trust architectures \nProficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies \nExperience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and multi-cloud connectivity \nExperience with UCaaS platforms, particularly MetaSwitch \nProven ability to mentor and develop technical skills in other engineers \nSolid understanding of QoS, traffic shaping, and WAN optimization \nAutomation skills using Python, Ansible, or similar tools \nExperience with RESTful APIs and network programmability \nStrong troubleshooting skills with packet capture and analysis tools \nRelevant certifications highly desired (CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Cisco Meraki, Versa, Cato) \nExcellent communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients \nExperience working in MSP/managed services environments \nAbility to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision \nWhy you'll love life at Command|Link\nJoin us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication.
