Public Relations Account Executive

• Assist in the daily management of client accounts, guaranteeing timely and high-quality completion of all tasks.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of PR strategies and campaigns.  
• Support Account Managers and Senior Account Executives to ensure efficient implementation of PR activities.
• Engage in media outreach and cultivate relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage. 
• Track media coverage and compile detailed reports for clients. 
• Write and refine press materials, such as press releases, media advisories, and bylined articles. 
• Organize and participate in client meetings, press events, and industry gatherings. 
• Conduct research to bolster client initiatives and explore new business prospects. 
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, taking meeting notes, and preparing client reports. 
• Create basic social media graphics using Canva as required. 
• Adhere to strict review and approval timelines to ensure all materials comply with both internal and external deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of PR agency experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• AI literacy (research, drafting, monitoring tools)
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital PR
• Proven ability to build and maintain media relationships
• Experience drafting press releases, media advisories, and editorial content
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and client reporting
• Basic Canva skills for social media graphic support
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• A genuine interest in PR and the media landscape
• Bachelor of Arts degree. Communications, Public Relations, Journalism preferred.
