Commerce Trust is a division of Commerce Bank.\nEssential Functions\nManage portfolio of client relationships for 1-3 Private Bankers \nProvide a superior client experience by completing tasks, resolving issues, and following up in a timely manner\nWork closely with assigned Private Banker(s) to build a strong channel of communication \nPrepare client presentations and participate in joint calls when necessary\nAssist in processing loans and scheduling closings\nCommunicate directly with clients to complete service needs and document conversation in the CRM (Quest)\nWork with the Private Banker(s) to ensure CRM (Quest) records are kept up-to-date\nIdentify new clients and sales opportunities through client support and networking\nSupport other client associates by communicating effectively and providing coverage\nPerform other duties as assigned\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required\nKnowledge of general banking services and products, with emphasis on lending and deposit products\nDemonstrated customer contact and communication skills\nProficiency in word processing and spreadsheet preparation required, familiarity with contact management software and data base management helpful\nGood organizational skills\nMotivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail\nInquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)\nAbility to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values\nIntermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook \nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
