Commerce Trust is a division of Commerce Bank.\nAbout This Job\nThe main purpose of this job is to support the Private Client Advisors who are accountable for the delivery of wealth management advisory services to high net worth clients of Commerce Trust.\nEssential Functions\nPerform service and fulfillment activities to meet the needs and expectations of Commerce Trust clients\nAct as an additional point of contact within the client relationship team for clients and act as the backup contact for clients in the PCAs absence\nAssist with account administration, document review, fund transfers, discretionary actions and coordination for tax preparations with minimal supervision\nMaintain a professional presence and approach with a strong desire to exceed client expectations\nIdentify opportunities for expansion of relationships with existing clients\nPerform other duties as assigned\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required\nBasic knowledge of wealth management services and products\nDemonstrated superior customer service skills and the ability to work independently\nMotivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities\nClient centric and desire to exceed client expectations\nAbility to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values\nPositive attitude and ability to work independently to accomplish job responsibilities with minimal supervision\nProfessional presence and approach and desire to exceed client expectations\nInquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills\nAbility to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values\nIntermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $23.80 to $31.50 per hour.
