If this sounds interesting to you, keep reading and let’s talk.\nCompensation Range\nAnnual Salary: $82,000.00 - $109,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job\nThe main purpose of this job is to provide critical support on a wide variety of applications and to provide essential data analysis and reports that are crucial to making smart business decisions\nEssential Functions\nServe as a business and systems resource, implementing technical solutions to business needs \nUtilize systems to generate reports and develop and produce requested reports \nMonitor systems and databases for functionality and availability to users, troubleshoot, and respond to user inquiries\nResearch, analyze, assist with the design, testing, and implementation of applications, sometimes working in cooperation with internal departments and vendors\nCollect data and update systems information via manual input or upload \nReview, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs \nDocument business and systems requirements, define scope and objectives, translate requirements into specifications, and formulate systems to reflect business unit strategies \nProvide audit support, consultation, and recommendations to business teams in resolving technical problems\nPerform other duties as assigned\nProvide reliable analysis used in decision-making around funding stability, pricing, and balance sheet optimization\nContribute insights that influence enterprise-level funding and collateral strategy beyond day-to-day system support\nProvide support to the Public Entity Collateralization team \nAct as liaison between Corporate Finance, product, operations, and deposit partners to ensure liquidity and collateral strategies are executable\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required\nIntermediate computer skills, specifically with SQL, SharePoint, Excel, and Business Objects\nKnowledge of finance and fixed income accounting commonly used concepts and best practices\nMotivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities\nInquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\nAbility to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values\nIntermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook \nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience required\n3+ years financial services experience required, capital markets experience preferred\n2+ years systems experience required\nFIS InTrader experience preferred\nSeries 52, 7, 63, and SIE preferred\n*Hybrid Schedule: In office 3 days per week\n**Level of role is determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education\n***For individuals applying, assigned and/or hired to work in areas with pay transparency requirements, Commerce is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for some roles. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation.
