They are not to be construed as a complete list of the many duties normally to be performed under a position title or those to be assigned and performed temporarily outside of an employee’s normal line of work.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nWork Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining various types of electrical and mechanical equipment.\n\nEducation: High School Diploma and/or equivalent combination of work experience and education.\n\nOther Requirements: Must be able to speak, read, and understand English. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems; ability to maintain hot water system and repairs to commercial kitchen equipment. Must have good electrical background with required certification and have completed a trade. Must demonstrate positive/enthusiastic approach to all assignments. Must be clean, well-groomed, and have a professional appearance. Attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the position.\n\nMust possess an ability to work with minimal supervision and make educated ethical decisions as necessary. Must be able to resolve conflicts and have effective communication skills with all levels of employees and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. Must demonstrate an ability to work independently, prepare detailed professional correspondence, memoranda, policies, procedures as well as regulations related to the employee’s duties.
