Pre-IPO.\n@CommerceIQ, you will :\nYou will be responsible for building a reliable, scalable crawl platform based provide a unified based data across all CIQ product lines.\nYou will be working on problems that span from platform to infrastructure including: distributed systems, at-scale service architecture and monitoring, workflow orchestration, and developer experience.\nDefine and drive technical strategy, collaborating with managers to prioritize and shape the team's roadmap.\nLead high-impact projects, handling ambiguous problem statements and delivering scalable solutions.\nOwn system design and architecture, ensuring reliability, observability, and best practices.\nMentor and lead engineers, fostering growth, technical excellence, and high-quality execution.\nBridge cross-functional gaps, coordinating between stakeholders to align on technical decisions.\nReview designs, documents, and PRs, maintaining high code and system quality.\nDevelop a deep understanding of the platforms, ensuring comprehensive ownership.\nGet your hands dirty and pick up coding and deep dives.\nRequirements:\n8+ years of experience in software engineering.\n3+ years of experience in leading small to medium-sized teams.\nExpertise in scalable, distributed systems with strong problem-solving skills.\nHands-on experience with observability, developer experience, and performance optimizations.\nKnowledge on AWS, Spark, Databases, Streaming, Containers, Kubernetes will be an added advantage.\nStrong ability to navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems, and drive solutions.\nYou measure success by the impact you create, not by the line of code you ship.\nYou take charge and become a human orchestrator, connecting the dots between different Stakeholders and team members when required.\nHigh Level of independence.
