You will own Kubernetes workloads on AWS, GitOps delivery with ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines, and the observability stack — and treat internal dev teams as your customers. The role includes an on-call rotation.\n\nMust-haves\n\n5+ years hands-on DevOps experience in cloud-based environments, ideally in startups / scale-ups serving large enterprise customers.\n\nKubernetes in production (EKS): workload management, networking, troubleshooting.\n\nArgoCD / GitOps and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions): build, maintain, extend and debug independently; able to walk through real CI/CD flows you designed.\n\nObservability: hands-on ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash/Fluentd, Kibana) and Grafana — writing alerts, dashboards and runbooks.
