You will work closely with software engineers, fellow DevOps engineers, and other team members to automate, scale, secure, and continuously improve our platform.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure.\n\nAutomate CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments to staging and production environments.\n\nWork with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for container orchestration and management.\n\nManage and implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Terragrunt.\n\nSet up and maintain monitoring and logging systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch.\n\nCollaborate across engineering teams to ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability.\n\nMaintain system security and implement DevOps and cloud infrastructure best practices.\n\nRequirements\n\n6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a production environment.\n\nStrong Linux and networking fundamentals.\n\nProven experience working with managed cloud services, preferably AWS or GCP.\n\nStrong proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.\n\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, including Terraform and Terragrunt.\n\nExperience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitHub Actions and self-hosted runners.\n\nSolid shell scripting skills and basic experience with Python or Go.\n\nFamiliarity with security principles and industry best practices.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently.\n\nExpectations\n\nOwnership: When identifying a problem, take an active role in driving it toward resolution or ensure it is clearly and appropriately handed over to the relevant owner.\n\nAccountability: Follow through on commitments, communicate progress clearly, and raise risks or blockers at an early stage.\n\nThinking Beyond Tickets: Look beyond assigned tasks and continuously identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, automation, observability, and overall operational
