# CV Program Coordinator RN

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Cardiovascular Program Coordinator, you will provide expert nursing care and leadership for the facility's Cardiovascular (CV) program, facilitating advanced assessments and procedures, and ensuring appropriate patient selection and therapy decisions through a multi-disciplinary approach.Every day you will design, implement, and maintain all aspects of the CV program in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team. You will collect, organize, analyze, and report critical cardiovascular performance improvement data, ensuring compliance with TJC and other regulatory agencies, while actively identifying opportunities to enhance care for the CV patient population. You will also collaborate with and provide leadership for Emergency, Cath Lab, Telemetry, and Critical Care areas to promote excellence in cardiac patient care.To be successful in this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with advanced cardiovascular knowledge and proven application of that knowledge, exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, a strong commitment to quality improvement, proficiency in managing cardiovascular registries (e.g., Cath PCI, STS, TVT), and the
